LevelUp IAS is looking for a Front Desk Counsellor to join our team in Karol Bagh, New Delhi.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident in communication, organized in day-to-day coordination, and comfortable handling both walk-in interactions and online student enquiries.

As the first point of contact for UPSC aspirants, you will play an important role in creating a smooth and supportive experience for prospective students.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage walk-ins and student enquiries at the front desk
- Assist aspirants with course information and basic guidance
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless support and timely responses
- Maintain a professional, helpful, and student-friendly communication style
- Support smooth front desk operations and basic record handling





Eligibility / Requirements
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable interacting with students and handling enquiries professionally
- Basic coordination and organizational skills
- Ability to respond clearly and politely across online communication channels
- Prior experience in counselling, front desk, support, or customer-facing roles is preferred
- Interest in working in the education sector will be an advantage

Job Type:Full-time | Onsite

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
