Key Responsibilities
- Operate machines such as cutting, drilling, bending, CNC, or edge-banding machines as per production requirements
- Interpret basic technical drawings and production plans
- Set up machines and adjust settings for accurate production
- Monitor machine operations to ensure smooth functioning
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines
- Ensure product quality meets company standards
- Maintain production records and daily logs
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
- Coordinate with supervisors and team members to meet production targets
Required Qualifications
- ITI certification in Fitter / Turner / Machinist / Relevant Trade
- 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or fabrication industry (preferably retail fixtures, furniture, or metal works)
- Basic understanding of machines and tools

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in retail fixtures or modular furniture manufacturing

Compensation
- Salary: As per industry standards
- Overtime: As per company policy

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
