Job Role

We are looking for a smart and energetic Operations Executive who can handle both office work and customer site visits. This role requires a person who can manage showroom operations, coordinate with clients, and support interior projects.

Key Responsibilities : Showroom & Office Work
- Handle walk-in customers and basic enquiries
- Maintain customer data and project details in Excel / Google Sheets
- Prepare basic quotations and reports
- Manage daily showroom activities

Site Visits
- Visit customer sites for requirement understanding
- Take measurements, photos, and videos
- Explain basic interior solutions to clients
- Coordinate between customer and design team

Customer & Team Coordination
- Follow up with leads and existing customers




- Schedule appointments and site visits
- Coordinate with designers, vendors, and site workers

Marketing Support
- Assist in social media updates (Instagram, etc.)
- Collect site photos/videos for promotions

Skills Required:
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel / Google Sheets)
- Willingness to travel for site visits
- Ability to multitask and coordinate
- Problem-solving attitude

Tools Knowledge
- Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- Social media Apps
