Job Description:
We aren't just looking for someone to "post on Instagram"—we need a Growth Catalyst. As the bridge between Crank Energy and the student community, your mission is two-fold: dominate digital content and build an elite "Crank Squad" of student ambassadors across key campuses. You will be responsible for turning brand awareness into a movement.

Key Responsibilities
- Digital Hype (Social Media): Identify trending audios and memes within 24 hours ("trend jacking") and pivot them to fit the brand voice.
- Community Vibe: Proactively engage with followers and relevant creators to ensure Crank is a central part of the cultural conversation.
- Recruit & Lead: Identify and onboard influential student leaders, athletes, and gamers to join the Student Ambassador Program.
- Campaign Coordination: Design weekly challenges for ambassadors (e.g., "Best Study Hack with Crank") and ensure high-quality content execution.
- Product Seeding: Coordinate the distribution of Crank samples for high-impact campus events, fests, and exam weeks.
- Performance Tracking:



Monitor engagement metrics across the ambassador network and implement reward systems for top performers.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Social Native: Deep understanding of platform algorithms and the difference between a "valuable post" and a "viral hook."
- Natural Leadership: Ability to scout talent, reach out to strangers, and motivate a team of peers toward a common goal.
- Current Student Status: Ideally currently enrolled in college or a recent graduate with deep ties to campus life.
- Main Character Energy: A "hustler" mindset with the ability to juggle multiple campus activations and digital trends simultaneously.
- Trend Awareness: Ability to move at the speed of social media, executing pivots within 24-hour windows.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Previous experience in Campus Ambassador programs or student union leadership.
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut/Reels) for quick-turnaround conte
