Administrative Management
- Oversee daily operations of the nursing department
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and regulatory standards (NABH, JCI, etc.)
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting systems
2. Staff Management
- Recruit, train, and evaluate nursing staff
- Prepare duty rosters and ensure adequate staffing
- Monitor staff performance and conduct appraisals
- Handle disciplinary actions and conflict resolution
3. Patient Care Management
- Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care services
- Monitor patient safety and infection control practices
- Address patient complaints and improve satisfaction levels
- Implement evidence-based nursing practices
4. Quality & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and accreditation requirements
- Conduct audits and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain records for inspections and audits
5.
Coordination
- Coordinate with doctors, paramedical staff, and other departments
- Participate in hospital committees (infection control, quality, ethics, etc.)
- Ensure smooth communication across departments
6. Resource & Inventory Management
- Manage nursing supplies and equipment
- Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of resources
- Control costs and avoid wastage
7. Training & Development
- Organize training programs and workshops for nursing staff
- Ensure continuous education and skill enhancement
- Conduct orientation for new employees.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
