Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior chefs in food preparation and cooking
- Prepare ingredients (cutting, chopping, marinating, etc.)
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
- Follow recipes and presentation standards
- Ensure proper storage of food items
- Support in daily kitchen operations
- Maintain stock levels and inform seniors for shortages
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulationsBasic knowledge of cooking techniques
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
- Team player with good communication skills
- Attention to detail and hygiene
- Willingness to learn and grow
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
