An Account Executive with 2+ years of experience in mainstream and digital
Advertising plays a key role in supporting client relationships and ensuring smooth execution
of integrated campaigns. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, managing day
- to-day client requirements, and contributing to campaign planning and delivery across
platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Servicing & Coordination
- Support the Account Manager in managing day-to-day communication with clients.
- Act as a key point of contact for routine updates, feedback, and deliverables.
- Understand client requirements,
brand guidelines, and campaign objectives.
- Ensure clear and timely communication between clients and internal teams.
2. Campaign & Project Execution
- Coordinate execution of integrated campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital platforms.
- Work closely with creative, digital, media, and production teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Maintain quality checks to ensure all outputs meet client expectations and brand standards.
3. Digital & Content Support
- Assist in managing digital campaigns including social media, content, and basic performance initiatives.
- Coordinate with digital teams for content calendars, posts, and campaign rollouts.
- Ensure platform-wise deliverables are aligned with best practices.
4. Reporting & Analysis
- Assist in preparing campaign performance reports (digital and offline).
