Job Summary:*

Key Responsibilities:*
- Design & Conceptualization: Develop design concepts, schematic designs, and design development drawings based on client brief and site analysis
- Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed architectural drawings, working drawings, and construction documents using AutoCAD/Revit
- 3D Visualization: Create 3D models and rendered visualizations to communicate design intent to clients and stakeholders
- Coordination: Liaise with structural, MEP, and other consultants to ensure fully coordinated drawings
- Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, by-laws, and statutory regulations
- Client Interaction: Present designs to clients, incorporate feedback, and manage client expectations
- Site Execution: Conduct periodic site visits to monitor progress, resolve design-related queries, and ensure quality of construction
- Project Management: Assist in maintaining project timelines, budgets, and documentation

Have good experience in Uttar Pradesh building bylaws deep knowledge

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
