Role Overview:
Finance business partner supporting Haleon’s Global Marketing Function, responsible for Global Marketing Opex and Innovation sales reporting. Based at Haleon GCC, Bengaluru,



the role supports activities migrating from the US and plays a key part in handover and transition. Reporting to the Senior Finance Partner - Marketing, the role coordinates Actuals, Forecasts, and Planning, working closely with senior stakeholders across UK, Switzerland, and USA in a fast‑paced, global setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and report Global Digital Commerce net sales with insights and commentary
- Own Digital Commerce sales reporting (Actuals & ABP) end‑to‑end
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance of reporting tools
- Train and support global users on Digital Commerce reporting tools
- Deliver standard management reporting packs (Sales & full P&L;):
- Flash, Actuals, Forecasts, ABP, LRP, and ad‑hoc reporting
- Act as the data champion for Marketing Finance
- Drive continuous improvements in reporting, analytics, and transformation initiatives
- Actively participate in UATs
