About the Role

We are looking for energetic and target-driven Sales Executives to join our growing fitness team across multiple Ahmedabad locations.

The role involves:
- Converting walk-ins into memberships
- Handling lead follow-ups through calls & WhatsApp
- Driving renewals and upselling PT / nutrition plans
- Managing front desk and member experience
- Resolving member queries and complaints
- Supporting club hygiene and service standards

Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-ins and provide club tours
- Close memberships and achieve sales targets
- Follow up on leads from WhatsApp, calls, and CRM
- Manage membership renewals
- Upsell premium plans, PT, and nutrition services
- Ensure smooth front-desk operations
- Resolve member complaints within TAT
- Maintain hygiene and reception standards

Eligibility
- Graduate / pursuing graduation
- 2-5 years of experience in sales,



front desk, retail, hospitality, or fitness
- Good communication in English, Hindi & Gujarati:
- Comfortable with CRM, Excel, and WhatsApp Business
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Presentable and well-groomed
- Passionate about fitness and wellness
- Good at follow-ups and closing sales
- Positive, confident, and target-oriented

Job Details
- Role: Full time
- Work Days: 6 days a week
- Shift: Morning / Evening rotational
- Salary: Best in industry + incentives
- Openings: Multiple

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
