We are looking for a detail-oriented and productive Data Entry Operator / Medical Typist responsible for accurately preparing and maintaining discharge summaries and radiology reports. The role requires strong typing skills, medical terminology knowledge, and a patient-centric approach to ensure error-free documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately type and format discharge summaries as per doctors’ instructions
- Prepare and transcribe radiology reports (X-ray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound)
- Ensure correctness of patient demographics, diagnosis, and treatment details
- Maintain confidentiality of patient records at all times
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and radiology team for clarifications
- Ensure timely completion of reports to support patient discharge process
- Update and maintain records in Hospital Information System (HIS)
- Proofread documents to eliminate errors and ensure standard formatting
- Manage document filing, printing, and digital record-keeping

Required Skills & Competencies




- Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 35-50 WPM preferred)
- Knowledge of medical terminology (especially radiology terms)
- Familiarity with HIS / EMR systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of MS Word / Excel

Qualifications:
- Graduate / Diploma in any field (preferred)
- Certification in Medical Transcription / Data Entry is an advantage
- 1-3 years of experience in hospital/diagnostic center preferred
