Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural and interior working drawings (plans, elevations, sections, and details).
- Develop 2D and 3D drawings using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.
- Convert design concepts into detailed technical drawings for execution.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and site teams.
- Revise drawings based on feedback and site conditions.
- Ensure drawings comply with building codes and standards.
- Maintain organized documentation of all drawings and revisions.

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in:
- AutoCAD (mandatory)
- SketchUp / 3ds Max / Revit (preferred)
- MS Office
- Corel Draw
- Strong understanding of construction details and materials:
- Knowledge of interior design concepts and space planning:
- Valuable visualization and attention to detail




- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects

Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Draftsmanship:
- 4-10 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in commercial & Healthcare projects:
- Knowledge of BOQs (Bill of Quantities):
- Familiarity with site execution processes

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mumbai, Maharashtra (Mumbai): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:
- Commercial Drafting: 4 years (preferred)
