Intern - Operations

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Conducting primary research across industries to understand market dynamics, competitive landscape, and emerging trends
- Support the development of proposals for qualitative & quantitative studies in collaboration with the reporting manager
- Assist in end-to-end execution of research projects, including data collection, analysis, and report preparation, based on project briefs
- Synthesize findings from primary and secondary research into actionable insights presented in client-ready reports
- Prepare summaries,



presentations, and reports for internal teams and clients
- Support the team with project management and documentation tasks

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Good understanding of the research and consulting landscape (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of primary and secondary research methodologies (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with strong clarity of expression
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced consulting environment

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Post-graduate freshers specialising in Marketing, Business Analytics, or Data Analytics
- MBA freshers with relevant academic projects or internship experience in primary research or market research will be preferred
