You will help consultants find jobs by connecting with vendors, companies, and clients.
- You will search for job openings on platforms like LinkedIn, Dice, and Monster.
- You will match the consultant’s skills with job requirements and send their profiles to companies.
- You will stay in touch with consultants to check their availability and interview readiness.
- You will schedule interviews and follow up for feedback.
- You will maintain daily reports of submissions, interviews, and progress.
- You will build good relationships with consultants and vendors.
- You will guide consultants to choose the right job based on their skills.
- You will help in salary/offer discussions and closing job opportunities.
- You will make sure all documents are complete before sending profiles.

Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (spoken and written)
- Basic English speaking ability




- Basic knowledge of recruitment or sales is a plus (not required)
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals, or MS Excel is helpful
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Willingness to learn and grow
