Job Title: Wire Cut Operator

Experience: 3-5 Years

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC Wire Cut (EDM) machines efficiently
- Read and understand technical drawings and CAD files
- Set up jobs, fixtures, and tooling as per requirements
- Perform machine programming (manual / CAM-based)
- Maintain required accuracy and surface finish
- Monitor machining process and troubleshoot issues
- Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of machines
- Follow quality standards and safety procedures

Required Skills:
- Experience in Wire EDM programming (e.g., AutoCut, CAM software)
- Knowledge of measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge)
- Understanding of tool steels and materials
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Basic computer knowledge

Qualification:
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
