About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize library resources including books, journals, and digital materials
- Maintain an efficient cataloging and classification system
- Assist students and teachers in locating and using library resources
- Promote reading habits through library programs, storytelling sessions, and book clubs
- Ensure proper maintenance, circulation, and inventory of library materials
- Introduce and manage digital learning resources and e-library systems
- Maintain a quiet, welcoming, and student-friendly library environment
- Coordinate with faculty to support curriculum-related resource needs

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline




- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Library Science (B.Lib.Sc / M.Lib.Sc) preferred
- Prior experience in a school library is an advantage
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with library management software

- Ability to recommend age-appropriate reading materials
- Passion for books, education, and student development

Salary

25k Inhand 30k ctc

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
