Job Title: Draughtsman
Year of Exp: 7-8 years

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review detailed working drawings and tender drawings
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, detailed joinery, and construction details
- Coordinate drawings with structural, MEP, and interior teams
- Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes, regulations, and standards
- Review and correct drawings prepared by junior draughtsmen
- Maintain version control and proper documentation of all drawings
- Support architects in design development and technical problem-solving
- Assist in site coordination, resolving drawing-related issues during execution
- Conduct quality checks before drawing submission
- Prepare as-built drawings based on site updates

Required Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of BIM tools preferred
- Strong understanding of construction detailing and materials
- Good coordination and communication skills

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
