JD:
- Assist project team in setting up a microbiology lab for regular testing of materials and independently run the microbiology lab.
- Periodically audit manufacturing sites for plant hygiene. Assess potential areas and practices conducive to the growth of microorganisms and work out a plan and implement it to ensure a clean working setting.
- Establish and implement testing protocol for testing incoming raw materials susceptible to microorganism contamination
- Regularly screen incoming raw materials for possible microorganism contamination and report.
- Regularly screen finish products susceptible to micro organism growth and approve the batch as per customer specification prior to dispatch
- Liaise with customers to establish a good manufacturing practice to control microorganism contamination in processed materials
- Attend to product complaints on microbe growth in supplied materials, investigate the reasons and put in place control measures.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
Qualification - BSc or MSc in Microbiology
- Experience - minimum 5 Years
