Role Objective

Develop, manage, and coordinate high-fidelity 3D models to ensure technical accuracy and cross-disciplinary integration throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Modeling: Create detailed BIM models (LOD 300-400) using Revit, Civil 3D, or AutoCAD based on 2D sketches and technical specs.
- Coordination: Execute clash detection and interference reports using Navisworks; resolve spatial conflicts with MEP, Structural, and Architectural teams.
- Documentation: Extract 2D construction drawings, schedules, and material take-offs (BOQ) directly from the BIM database.
- Standards: Maintain project templates and ensure adherence to BIM execution plans (BEP) and ISO 19650 standards.
- Maintenance: Audit and clean models regularly to optimize performance and data integrity.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- Technical: Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Core), Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Experience: 2-5 years of hands-on BIM modeling in a professional AEC setting.
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of construction sequences, building codes, and family/component creation.

Soft Skills
- High spatial reasoning and attention to detail.
- Strong collaborative communication for interdisciplinary "clash" meetings.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹45,831.78 per month
