Job Summary:
The PPC & Customer Follow-up Executive is responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring production activities while ensuring timely communication and follow-up with customers regarding order status, delivery, and queries.

Key Responsibilities:
Production Planning & Control (PPC):
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans
- Coordinate with sales, purchase, stores, and production departments
- Monitor production progress and ensure targets are met
- Plan raw materials based on production requirements
- Track work orders, job orders, and production schedules

Customer Follow-up:
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, delivery schedules, and updates
- Provide accurate dispatch and production status to customers




- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery
- Maintain customer communication records

Qualification:
- Diploma / BE or any degree
- 1-5 years' experience in PPC or customer handling

Work Environment:
- Manufacturing / Factory setup

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
