Key Responsibilities

1. Academic Leadership & Excellence
- Drive academic performance across all grades with a strong focus on measurable outcomes.
- Monitor lesson planning, classroom delivery, and curriculum execution as per CBSE standards.
- Conduct regular teacher evaluations, classroom observations, and performance reviews.
- Design and implement strategies for continuous academic improvement, including board exam readiness.

2. Teacher Management & Development
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention of high quality teaching staff.
- Set explicit performance benchmarks and accountability systems for teachers.
- Conduct regular training sessions, feedback meetings, and performance appraisals.
- Ensure a culture of discipline, ownership, and continuous improvement among staff.

3. Administration & School Operations
- Oversee daily school operations including timetables, substitutions, attendance, and scheduling.




- Ensure smooth coordination between academic and administrative departments.
- Implement and monitor systems, processes, and SOPs for efficiency and consistency.
- Maintain strict compliance with CBSE norms and regulatory requirements.

4. Admissions Growth & Parent Engagement
- Play a key role in increasing student admissions through strategy, counselling, and conversion.
- Act as a senior point of contact for parents, handling escalations and critical interactions.
- Ensure strong parent satisfaction through proactive communication and problem resolution.

5. Grievance Handling & Crisis Management
- Lead resolution of student, parent, and staff grievances with professionalism and urgency.
- Handle sensitive situations, conflicts, and crises effectively.
- Ensure issues are resolved with accountability and preventive measures are implemented.
