Job Description:
We're looking for a People & Culture Executive to join our energetic team in Visakhapatnam, India. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our people operations, managing day-to-day talent and culture administration while fostering an inclusive, engaging workplace environment. You'll work collaboratively across departments to support employee development, streamline recruitment processes, and create meaningful cultural initiatives that strengthen our organizational community. - Process and manage day-to-day talent and culture administration with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring all procedures align with organizational standards
- Create, update, and maintain comprehensive employee data records in our systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Establish and organize personal employee files while maintaining confidentiality and proper documentation protocols
- Prepare and distribute professional communications, including employment letters, policy updates, and employee correspondence
