Job Role Summary

The Machine Operator will operate production machines, support daily manufacturing activities, maintain product quality, follow safety and hygiene rules, and coordinate with QC, maintenance, and store teams to ensure smooth production.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Machine & Production Work
- Collect work order from supervisor and coordinate with store for material.
- Bring issued raw and packing materials to the production line.
- Start, operate, and stop machines as per instructions.
- Assist in machine cleaning and CIP activities.
- Start production only after QC approval.

Quality & Packing Checks
- Check product weight, filling, sealing, and packing (primary, secondary, tertiary).
- Ensure correct batch code, labeling, and QC parameters.
- Store finished goods as per pallet height and storage rules.

Shop Floor Monitoring
- Ensure smooth production flow and handle basic labor issues.
- Monitor machines and workers during production.
- Check temperature of product and machines regularly.
- Reduce wastage, spillage, and leakage of material.




- Assist in machine cleaning during shutdown.

Safety, Hygiene & Compliance
- Follow food safety, hygiene, SOP, GMP, and 5S practices.
- Ensure safety rules are followed at all times.
- Coordinate with maintenance in case of machine issues.
- Support QC by giving samples when required.

Other Duties
- Prepare straightforward daily reports (startup, shutdown, packing material).
- Dispatch Semi Finished /Finished Goods to depot after approval.
- Perform any other work assigned by supervisor.

Qualification
- Diploma/ITI (Fitter) preferred

Experience
- 3 to 5 years’ experience as a Machine Operator:
- Experience in FMCG / Food / Packaging / Manufacturing industry preferred
- HFFS, Multitrack & Pakona Machinery Operation

Shift Details
- Rotational shifts (Morning / Evening / Night)
- 6 days working, weekly off as per shift schedule
