Key Responsibilities
- In office Supervision: Monitoring daily construction activities, coordinating subcontractors, and managing on-site personnel to ensure productivity.
- Safety Management: Enforcing strict compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting safety briefings (toolbox talks), and ensuring proper use of protective equipment.
- Quality Control: Inspecting work to ensure it meets project plans, specifications, and building codes.
- Project Scheduling & Logistics: Managing material deliveries, tracking inventory, and ensuring the project remains on schedule.
- Communication & Reporting: Liaising between project managers, clients, engineers, and workers; generating daily or weekly progress reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience:



Proven experience in construction, often as a foreman or supervisor.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of construction methods, blueprints, and local building codes.
- Leadership: Ability to lead teams, solve problems, and make quick decisions under pressure.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for coordinating with various stakeholders.
- Certifications: Often requires OSHA certification, first aid training, or similar safety qualifications

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
