Supervise Production Staff
- Lead, train, and motivate production workers
- Assign tasks and monitor performance
- Conduct performance evaluations
- Ensure Production Targets:
- Plan and organize daily production schedules
- Monitor output to meet deadlines and quotas
- Minimize downtime and delays
- Quality Control:
- Ensure products meet company and industry standards
- Identify defects and implement corrective actions
- Work closely with quality assurance teams
- Safety Compliance:
- Enforce workplace health and safety regulations
- Conduct safety meetings and training
- Investigate workplace incidents
- Equipment & Maintenance:
- Monitor machinery and production equipment
- Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain production reports and records
- Analyze production data for efficiency improvements
- Report progress to management

Any One Degree (or) Experience in Production Field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
