Job Summary:
Shantha Group of Institutions is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Placement Officer to manage student placements, corporate relations, and internship opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with companies and recruiters
- Coordinate campus recruitment drives and placement activities
- Guide students on career readiness, resume building, and interview preparation
- Track placement records and generate reports
- Organize industry interaction programs and guest lectures
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in placements or corporate relations
- Robust industry network preferred
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
