Minimum 3-6 years hands-on experience on 3-axis CNC milling machines
Direct experience on DMG MORI with Siemens controller preferred
- Perform machine start-up, referencing (homing), and shutdown procedures
- Load CNC programs and execute:
- Dry run
- Single block
- Feed override during cutting
- Set and manage:
- Work offsets (G54-G59)
- Tool length offsets
- Wear offsets for finishing operations
- Carry out manual or probe-based tool touch-off
- Read and interpret 2D mechanical drawings accurately
- Linear tolerances
- Hole/shaft fits (H7, g6, etc.)
- Datum references
- Surface finish symbols (Ra)
- Maintain tight tolerances up to ±0.01 mm through:
- Correct offset adjustment
- Tool condition monitoring
- Process control




- Understand climb vs conventional milling

Identify and correct machining issues such as chatter, poor finish, or tool wear
- Strong understanding of Siemens CNC interface and operation logic
- Solid grasp of tolerances and precision machining
- Experience with Mold, die, or precision components
- Ability to hold ±0.01 mm consistently
- Practical knowledge of tool offsets and wear compensation
- Positive shop-floor discipline and ownership mindset

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
