Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor daily on-site construction activities.
- Ensure work execution as per approved drawings and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, engineers, and labor teams.
- Maintain project schedule and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor material usage and prevent wastage.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety norms and statutory regulations.
- Maintain site records including daily progress reports (DPR), material inward/outward register, and labor attendance.
- Escalate site issues or delays to Project Manager.
- Verify contractor bills and measurement sheets before submission.




- Ensure proper housekeeping and site discipline.

Required Qualifications:
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
- 2-5 years of experience in real estate / residential / commercial construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and BOQ.
- Knowledge of site execution, RCC work, finishing work, and MEP coordination.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
