A Medical Device Machine Operator is a skilled worker who operates specialized machines used to manufacture medical equipment and components such as surgical instruments, syringes, catheters, implants, and intraocular lenses.

Key Responsibilities
- Setting up and running precision machines used in medical device production
- Following GMP (Positive Manufacturing Practices) and cleanroom protocols
- Monitoring machine parameters like temperature, pressure, and speed
- Inspecting products to ensure sterility, accuracy, and quality standards:
- Recording production data and maintaining documentation
- Performing basic maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment
- Following strict safety and hygiene regulations

Required Skills:
- Basic mechanical and technical knowledge
- Understanding of cleanroom behavior and contamination control:
- Ability to read SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Attention to detail and high accuracy




- Quality inspection skills using measuring tools or microscopes
- Teamwork and discipline

Work Environment
- Cleanroom or sterile production areas
- Medical device manufacturing companies
- Pharmaceutical or healthcare equipment factories

Qualification (India)
- 10th / 12th pass, ITI, or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical
- Training in medical device manufacturing or cleanroom operations is an advantage
- Experience in production or machine operation preferred

Salary in India
- Fresher: ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 per month
- Experienced (2-5 yrs): ₹18,000 - ₹30,000 per month
- Higher in regulated medical device companies or export units

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹11,537.33 - ₹25,000.00 per month
