Telecaller Executive (Cold Calling and Lead Generation)

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹14,000 per month

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and schedule meetings.

Explain products and services to prospects in a clear and engaging manner.

Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in the CRM system.

Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other channels.

Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.

Gather feedback from customers and share insights with the sales or product team.

Handle objections professionally and provide relevant information to convert prospects.

Requirements:
Education:Minimum high school diploma; graduate preferred.

Experience: 0-2 years in telecalling, cold calling, or lead generation.



Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.

Skills:
Solid verbal communication in Hindi and English.

Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

Good interpersonal and persuasion skills.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems (preferred).
