We are hiring a dedicated Collection Executive to recover outstanding sundry amounts from customers. The role involves field visits, payment follow-ups, and ensuring timely collection as per company targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with customers for pending dues
- Visit customers in field for recovery
- Maintain proper collection records and daily reporting
- Coordinate with accounts team for reconciliation
- Achieve assigned monthly collection targets

Eligibility:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Experience in collection / recovery work preferred
- Robust communication and negotiation skills
- Two-wheeler mandatory
- Honest and target-driven

Salary & Incentive:
- Fixed Salary
- Incentive will be given as per collection amount received
- Travel Allowance

Pay: ₹10,030.17 - ₹18,000.00 per month
