Production Planning & Execution:
- Implementing line settings for new orders.
- Allocating tasks to operators to maintain efficiency and balance production flow.
- Tracking production hourly/daily to meet targets.
- Ensuring smooth production flow by managing WIP.
- Quality Management:
- Ensuring garments are produced according to specifications and quality standards.
- Inspecting work to ensure mínimal Defects per Hundred Units (DHU) or low percentage of defects.
- Taking corrective action on quality issues reported by quality checkers.
- Personnel & Resource Management:
- Training new operators and upgrading the skills of existing workers.
- Engaging the team to achieve production targets.
- Recommending workers for transfers or identifying the need for additional help.
- Machine & Material Maintenance:
- Ensuring machines are functioning properly and performing routine maintenance.
- Coordinating with the cutting department to receive materials on time.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Achieving Production Targets: Meeting daily/weekly output quotas.
- Quality Levels: Minimizing re-work and maintaining low defect percentages (DHU).
- Efficiency: Maximizing line efficiency.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
