Job Title: Fusion Pizza Maker / Specialty CookJob Summary
- Pizza Creation: Assemble pizzas according to, or creating, specialized recipes, focusing on high-quality ingredients and Mexican flavor profiles (e.g., incorporating chorizo, queso fresco, poblano peppers).
- Dough & Sauce Preparation: Prepare fresh pizza dough daily and craft unique Mexican-inspired pizza sauces.
- Kitchen Operations: Operate pizza ovens, manage the prep line, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen setting.
- Quality Control: Ensure consistent quality and presentation of every pizza served.
- Collaboration: Work with the kitchen team to manage inventory and ensure timely service. Indeed +3

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Proven experience as a Pizzaiolo or Line Cook, preferably with experience in fusion or specialty pizza.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation regulations, and quality standards.
- Creativity: Passion for developing new, innovative pizza recipes.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
