Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Strategy:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies (e.g., job boards, social media, networking).
- Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Screening and Interviewing:
- Conduct phone screens and initial interviews.




- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and teams.
- Employer Branding:
- Promote the company as a great place to work.
- Offer Management:
- Negotiate job offers and salaries.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with labor laws.
- Onboarding:
- Work with HR to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
- Support recent employee orientation and integration.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
