Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor daily site activities and workforce.

Ensure project execution as per approved drawings, BOQ, and specifications.

Coordinate with architects, contractors, engineers, and vendors.Maintain site discipline, safety, and compliance with statutory norms.

Plan and track daily/weekly work schedules.

Monitor material consumption and control wastage.

Verify contractor bills and measurements.

Conduct regular quality checks and inspections.

Prepare daily progress reports and submit to management.Ensure timely completion of milestones.

Handle site-level issues and resolve operational challenges.

Required Qualifications:4-6 years of experience in real estate or construction projects.Robust knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, project tracking tools).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
