1. Designing & Layout
- Create layouts for brochures, pamphlets, books, magazines, newspapers, flyers, and advertisements.
- Arrange text, images, charts, and graphics in a visually appealing format.
- Ensure consistency in fonts, colors, and design styles.

2. Typesetting & Formatting
- Enter and format text according to design specifications.
- Correct alignment, spacing, margins, and page layout.
- Ensure proper grammar, spelling, and formatting standards.

3. Print Preparation
- Prepare files for printing (pre-press work).
- Set correct page sizes, bleed, margins, and color modes (CMYK/RGB).
- Coordinate with printing vendors for proofing and final output.

4. Software Handling
- Work with DTP software such as:
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- CorelDRAW
- Microsoft Publisher
- Edit images and graphics as required.

5. Quality Checking
- Proofread designs before final printing.
- Check color accuracy, image resolution,



and layout errors.
- Ensure print quality meets required standards.

6. File Management
- Maintain organized digital files and backups.
- Update old designs when necessary.
- Convert files into required formats (PDF, JPEG, PNG, etc.).

7. Coordination
- Work with clients, editors, and marketing teams.
- Understand client requirements and implement changes.
- Meet deadlines for project completion.

Required Skills:
- Solid knowledge of DTP software
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of printing processes
- Time management skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:
- Teaching: 3 years (preferred)
