We are hiring for a leading Life Insurance company. The role involves managing and driving sales through a team of Advisors, ensuring achievement of sales targets, and maintaining high-quality sales standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive cross-selling and new sales through the assigned team of Advisors
- Ensure consistent achievement of sales plan numbers and sales standards
- Drive input behaviours and productivity of the advisor team
- Maintain and improve sales quality by meeting persistence standards
- Train and develop advisors on new product launches and policy revisions
- Ensure advisor participation in trainings and GO-meets
Desired Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate with 3+ years of total experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Insurance sector
- Proven sales track record, preferably in Life Insurance
- Experience in cross-selling sales teams
- Strong skills in team supervision, development, and networking
