Role Description The Retail Store Manager at The Grid will oversee daily store operations within the entertainment center, ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and safe environment for guests and team members. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru includes managing staff schedules, supervising front-of-house and retail activities, and ensuring high standards of customer service. The manager will handle inventory and merchandising, monitor sales performance, and implement promotional initiatives to support revenue goals.

Responsibilities also include resolving guest concerns, maintaining store appearance,



enforcing operational policies, and collaborating with leadership on reporting and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Strong retail and customer service skills, with experience managing guest interactions in a fast-paced setting.
- People management capabilities, including team leadership, coaching, scheduling, and performance oversight.
- Operational and organizational skills for managing inventory, merchandising, cash handling, and store processes.
- Sales and basic business acumen, including the ability to track KPIs, support promotional activities, and meet revenue targets.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external partners.
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or entertainment venues; experience in family entertainment centers is an advantage.

- Comfort with basic digital tools and point-of-sale systems; willingness to learn new technologies used in the venue.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by business needs.
- Relevant diploma or degree in business, retail management, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
