Role Description The Retail Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara. This role involves engaging with customers on the shop floor, understanding their preferences, and recommending suitable Nutty Affair products.

Executive handles daily sales activities, manages product displays, supports inventory checks, and ensures the store remains clean and inviting. The role includes processing transactions, addressing customer inquiries or concerns, and assisting with in-store promotions and sampling.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Retail Sales and Sales skills to drive store revenue and convert walk-in customers.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Relationship Building skills to create a positive, repeat customer experience.
- Candidates should possess clear and confident Communication skills to explain product perks and handle customer queries.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems, cash handling, and inventory management is beneficial.
- Previous experience in retail, food, or FMCG environments is an advantage.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, work flexible hours (including weekends or holidays), and collaborate in a team setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales or retail operations is a plus.
