Role Description The Store Manager role at 7Heven is a full-time, on-site position based in Current Delhi.

The Operation

Executive will oversee day-to-day store operations, including inventory monitoring, stock replenishment, and coordination with suppliers to maintain product availability and quality standards. This role involves tracking sales performance, analyzing operational data, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The Store

Manager will support store staff, ensure compliance with company policies,



and assist in executing promotional activities. The position requires close collaboration with management and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth functioning of outlets and consistent brand experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to handle daily store processes and workflow.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor performance metrics, and support informed decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in retail, FMCG, or franchise-based businesses, with knowledge of inventory control and basic merchandising.
- Candidates should have proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience in operations may also be considered.
