Role Description The Retail Sales Officer at JioMart Digital will focus on driving store sales, providing attentive customer service, and supporting daily retail operations in Srinagar. This full time hybrid role involves assisting customers with product discovery and selection, explaining features and benefits, and promoting suitable finance options and offers, while also managing some tasks remotely. The role includes building and maintaining relationships with local customers and partner stores,



generating leads, and coordinating with channel partners to meet sales targets.

The Retail Sales

Officer will handle basic inventory checks, ensure accurate billing, support merchandising and in-store displays, and escalate service or installation issues to the appropriate teams. Collaboration with internal stakeholders and adherence to company policies and service standards are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Communication, with the ability to understand needs and guide consumers to appropriate products.
- Candidates should possess sales-focused skills such as Lead Generation and Sales Operations to support store targets and conversion goals.
- Candidates should possess Channel Sales capabilities to effectively collaborate with partner stores and local retail networks.
- Relevant experience in retail, consumer electronics, or FMCG sales is beneficial, along with basic knowledge of finance schemes and offers.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Srinagar, use digital tools and product catalogs, and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Minimum high school diploma; a graduate degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
