We are looking for an experienced Retail Merchandiser to drive merchandise planning, stock allocation, replenishment and inventory optimisation across our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end stock replenishment across stores based on sales performance, product movement and store requirements.
- Monitor ageing stock closely and develop actionable plans for stock transfers, reallocation, promotions and liquidation to improve inventory turnover.
- Analyse daily, weekly and monthly sales, sell-through and inventory data to identify merchandise opportunities.
- Conduct regular store visits to understand stock requirements, customer preferences, product movement and store-level challenges.
- Gather and analyse customer feedback and reviews to understand product demand and identify opportunities for the jewellery collection.
- Monitor market trends, customer buying patterns and competitor activity and translate insights into merchandising actions.
- Ensure the right product mix and adequate stock availability across stores based on regional demand and store performance.
- Identify fast-moving, slow-moving and non-moving products and take timely corrective action.
- Work closely with Retail Operations, PPC, Warehouse, Buying, Product and other respective departments to ensure smooth stock movement and product availability.
- Maintain accurate MIS covering sales, stock availability, replenishment, ageing, stock movement and store performance.




- Provide regular merchandising insights and recommendations to Management to improve sales and inventory productivity.
- Support current launches, collections, promotions and other store-specific merchandising initiatives.
- Ensure VM and product presentation standards are maintained across stores in line with brand guidelines.

Prefered Candiature

- 6+ years of experience in Retail Jewellery, preferably in merchandising, retail operations or inventory management.
- Strong hands-on experience in stock replenishment and ageing inventory management.
- Strong understanding of diamonds, gemstones and jewellery retail.
- Experience managing merchandise across multiple jewellery stores / showrooms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in sales analysis, forecasting and inventory planning.
- Good understanding of customer trends, market trends and product movement.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MIS and reporting tools.
- High attention to detail with a strong understanding of premium/luxury jewellery presentation.

Important:

Retail Jewellery experience is mandatory. Candidates from B2B, wholesale, manufacturing or non-jewellery industries will not be considered.
