About the RoleCrestia Ventures is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Resume Expert / Resume Writer to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience creating and optimizing professional, ATS-friendly resumes for candidates targeting the U.S. job market, particularly within the IT and technology sector.

You will work closely with our recruitment and career-support teams to develop resumes that accurately represent candidates' experience while improving their positioning for relevant job opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and professionally rewrite resumes for U.S. IT professionals.
- Develop ATS-friendly resumes aligned with current U.S. hiring practices.
- Analyze job descriptions and identify relevant keywords, skills, technologies, and qualifications.
- Customize resumes according to specific job roles and requirements.
- Write strong professional summaries and achievement-focused experience sections.
- Convert technical responsibilities into clear, impactful resume accomplishments.
- Optimize resumes for roles including Software Engineering, Data Engineering, AI/ML, DevOps, Cloud, Cybersecurity, IAM, Data Analytics, Business Analysis, Product Management, and other technical positions.
- Review resumes for grammar, formatting, consistency, accuracy, and overall presentation.
- Ensure resumes are professionally structured and easy for recruiters and hiring managers to scan.
- Work with recruiters to understand candidate requirements and target positions.
- Maintain candidate information and resume quality standards.
- Stay updated on U.S. technology hiring trends, resume standards, and ATS practices.

- Required Qualifications

- Previous professional experience in resume writing, resume development, career services, recruitment, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the U.S.



IT job market and recruitment process.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong knowledge of ATS-friendly resume formatting and keyword optimization.
- Ability to understand technical roles and translate technical experience into compelling resume content.
- Excellent proofreading, editing, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong research and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with U.S.-based candidates or U.S. staffing/recruitment companies.
- Experience creating resumes for candidates pursuing Full-Time, Contract, and C2C opportunities.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn profile optimization.
- Experience working with technology professionals with diverse backgrounds and experience levels.
- Knowledge of current U.S. technology hiring trends and commonly requested technical skills.
