Expert you will be the clinical presence inside the company: running demonstrations and escalations, liaising with NIEPID, training clinical users on the platform — and holding the internal veto on what Daira is allowed to say about a child.
Key responsibilities
- Run clinical demonstrations and handle clinical escalations.
- Liaise with NIEPID on instruments, review and validation.
- Train clinical users across centres, hospitals and special schools.
- Review product language and outputs for clinical integrity and dignity.
- Hold the internal veto on any claim the evidence does not support.
- Feed practice reality back into what gets built next.
What we’re looking for
- Clinical psychology, rehabilitation or developmental paediatrics background; RCI registration preferred.
- Experience with neurodevelopmental assessment in Indian contexts.
- Comfort being on site with institutional users, not behind a desk.
- Firm on standards, warm with people.
