Role Description The Research Manager for Canada Opportunities is a full-time, on-site role based in Canada. This role involves conducting systematic market and immigration-related research to identify trends, policies, and opportunities relevant to Canada-bound applicants.

The Research

Manager will design and manage questionnaires, gather and analyze data, and produce clear reports and insights for internal teams and clients. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with consultants to refine service offerings, preparing research briefs, monitoring changes in Canadian immigration pathways, and presenting findings to leadership. The role also requires close coordination with marketing and client advisory teams to ensure research outcomes inform communication strategies and tailored consulting services.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Market Research and Research skills, including the ability to collect, interpret, and present data relevant to Canada immigration opportunities.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to evaluate complex information, identify patterns, and support evidence-based decision-making.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Questionnaire Design to create, test, and refine surveys and research instruments for clients and internal projects.
- Candidates should possess transparent and professional Communication skills for report writing, stakeholder presentations, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
