Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Research Assistant.

The Research

Assistant will support research projects by collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from various sources. Day-to-day tasks include conducting online and document-based research, preparing summaries and reports, and assisting with the design of research frameworks. The role also involves collaborating with team members to interpret findings, maintain accurate records, and ensure data quality and integrity.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis abilities to interpret information, identify trends, and support evidence-based recommendations.
- Candidates should possess solid Research skills, including literature review, information sourcing, and structured data collection.
- Candidates should possess clear and qualified Communication skills for preparing reports, summaries, and collaborating with remote team members.
- Candidates should possess relevant Laboratory Skills if supporting experimental or field-based research activities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as Business, Economics, Sciences, Social Sciences, or related disciplines.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently in a remote setting, and effective time management skills.
- Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) and willingness to learn new research tools.
