The Host-Pathogen Interaction Group at IISER Kolkata invites applications from highly motivated researchers for the position of Research Associate-I under a prohect funded by DST Nano-Mission titled "Structure-Activity Investigations on Designing Novel Ionizable LNPs for mRNA Delivery".

? EligibilityCandidates should hold a PhD in Life Sciences or a related discipline and have robust hands-on experience in ex vivo and in vivo research, particularly in the area of infectious diseases.





? Desired ExpertiseCandidates with experience in one or more of the following areas are encouraged to apply:

- In vitro mRNA synthesis and delivery
- Molecular biology techniques, including cloning, gene expression, and qPCR
- Primary cell culture
- In vitro transfection and delivery biology
- Western blotting and Immunohistochemical (IHC) staining
- Advanced microscopy and imaging, including Confocal and STED microscopy
