Role Description The Replenishment Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for forecasting demand, planning stock levels, and ensuring timely replenishment across multiple channels and locations to maintain product availability and reduce stock-outs or excess inventory.

The Replenishment

Manager will work closely with supply chain, procurement, sales, and store operations teams to monitor inventory performance, analyze data, and adjust ordering parameters in line with sales trends and promotions. Daily activities include tracking key metrics, coordinating with suppliers and distribution partners, optimizing replenishment cycles,



and resolving inventory-related issues. The role also involves implementing process improvements, supporting new product launches, and contributing to customer satisfaction by maintaining consistent product availability.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Demand Planning skills, including forecasting, analyzing sales patterns, and planning stock levels.
- Candidates should possess Inventory Management skills, such as setting reorder parameters, managing stock across locations, and minimizing waste and obsolescence.
- Candidates should possess Supply Chain Management skills, including coordination with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely replenishment.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Customer Service awareness, with the ability to align replenishment decisions with sales objectives and customer experience goals.
- Relevant experience in FMCG, retail, or food distribution, preferably in an omnichannel or multi-location setting.
- Proficiency in Excel and inventory or ERP systems, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline is an advantage.
