Field Data collection, sanitize field events data for processing, Shop visit reports sanitizing, process AOG spares orders. Process the data in the processing tool following the industry/customer standards, business rules and guidelines. validate the processed data against the acceptance criteria with respect to processing rules and business rules. Derive reliability metrics and dashboards as per requirement Maintain individual and team day/week/monthly metrics for the data processed Involve in customer meetings for process improvement Ensure that all assigned tasks are completed to the delivery schedule, quality and plan.
Record and keep track of quality metrics and improvements areas received through feedback. Maintain and meet the expected improvement. Maintain the customer and organization data security guidelines. Having PBI, SQL & Python knowledge is added advantage.
