Job Summary
- Meeting with a set number of customers daily
- Ensuring delivery of minimum business guarantee
- Generating leads through campaigns and cold calling
- Tracking documentation, logins, and issuance
- Updating leads, feedback, and referrals on the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Meeting business targets and achieving business plans
- Providing customer service and managing renewals
- Must have a solid local network
- Requires sound knowledge of the financial/insurance industry
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Local candidates are preferred
- Industry experience in insurance, banking, broking/equity market, or sales
- Willingness to work in direct distribution
- Job location in Mumbai and Pune
- Must be a graduate with a minimum of 1 year sales experience.
